I can't disagree with anything you have to say here.
I don't remember if this website ever published the letter that was sent asking them to take down copyrighted material. I happened to get my hands on a copy of it, and it did indeed deny involvement in many of the things you mention.
Having seen many of the original Mo-Letters that told members to engage in these acts, I find it absolutely shocking that the group would deny these activites.
