I tried to post this over the weekend, but the board was not working, so I'm posting it at the top.
About Excel: Oh yeah, I had to deal with them when they tried to screw over my 75 yr old mother. I was so pissed, I was livid. They got her to even sign me up and I didn't even know about it. I couldn't believe they talked her into it - and she paid them several hundred dollars and she was supposed to make all this money. I called them up and told them they were responsible for forgery because it wasn't my signature, I sent all kinds of letters and complaints, demanded they take me off their telephone program and give her her money back. After several months of dickering with them, they finally took us both off, but she never got her money back. How do these people come out of the woodworks and manage to dupe the public in every sphere and walk of our lives? They are like little imps, parasites, that are ready and waiting to pounce on the unsuspecting. Elderly people are prime targets. I saw that when I had to take care of my mom before she passed away. I practically had to baby sit her to keep all the sharks away from her door. Sigh - there's just not enough one can say about these deceptive and illegal practices.
