It is pretty strange that Barney would choose the name HEART TO HEART, when Family in Asia is also using this name. The connection (or seeming) connection may be circumstantial, however, it's still a seeming connection.
Barney was in the Family. Barney is supposedly OUT of the Family. However, those of us who were IN the Family, or in other deceptive cults (and yes, the Family IS deceptive cult...period) know that it's NOT impossible for there to still be a connection between Barney and the Family.
I'm certainly not saying that there is a connection. But, for some one to raise the question about Barney's "connections" is NOT absurd or inflammatory.
It takes a long time to get a cult out of a person. And until you have been in one, you have no idea how they psychologically and socially work upon our minds and lives.
This is not a slam to you. You probably know more about the Family than most people do. But, it's a fact that many in the ex-COG community "feel" certain things about Barney and Heart to Heart that you may not feel.
And it would be wrong for you or anyone to just say that these feelings are unfounded.
