As I would expect. It is my understanding that Family Care Foundation was created to fund Family projects, and I personally know of no non-Family projects that they fund (though I'm sure I'll be quickly corrected if I'm mistaken!).
What I mean is I don't see Barney or anyone I've met at Laurelhome in those pictures.
