When you want to copy something you can highlight the text - Take your mouse to the top of the document or post, hold down the mouse and drag it over the text, you will see it highlight the words and then stop when you are done - the text will remain highlighted. Next hit your control key and "C" key and it will copy the text that you highlighted. That text will remain in your hard drive's memory until you copy something else or close down. So, the next step is to go to where you want to paste it, e.g., exfamily, open a new post and hit your control and "v" key which will paste that text that you copied. I understand totally, it's a pain to have to repeat oneself all the time. Hope this helps.
