I thought of this a lot. I know there was a case of some heiress that was coerced into signing away her fortune to some cult like Scientoligist or something and she sued them for fraudulent practices and coercion and I believe the court ruled in her favor. It can happen, we're just not high profile enough and there's not enough money in it for most lawyers. It would have to be someone with a good heart wanting to vindicate a bunch of penniless people and that is hard to find.
