Actually I do think of heaven and hell as both here and now and a hereafter. I was thinking that in the hereafter, we reap what we sow, if we made choices which cause our soul to disintegrate we become something like diseased dying souls. If we are "on the good side" we get to use our creativity to create the heaven we want within limitations. I think you should see the movie "What Dreams May Come" to see what I mean. There was even a certain (manufactured by a soul) image of heaven there which resembled one of the F posters.
