I just stopped at a convenience mart on my way home. Behind the counter was a woman I used to go to Church with.
To tell you the truth, I didn't even pay attention to who was behind the counter. If I had known it was her, I might not have said "I'd like that Cougar Mentholated Long Cut Chewing Tobacco please."
This woman gave me a very odd look. She hobbled over to the tobacco rack and said, "That'll be 7.35." All along she had a snear on her face. The type of snear that says "You are going to hell. You are back-slidden. I can't believe you would have the nerve to chew tobacco."
Now, what I'm curious about is this: is it just as bad to SELL tobacco as it is to CHEW tobacco? Could I chew the tobacco unless someone sells it to me? If it's a 'drug' to chew, does that make the seller a drug-pusher?
