For those of you who think Mama and Penie don't care, I'll have you know that the apology is already written. I wrote it yesterday in about 45 minutes. It was easy. We're getting damn good at apologizing.
I can't yet tell you what the apology says, but I turned it in to mama this morning. King Penie read it to her and she said, "It sounded so sincere I actually wept. I hope our bitter enemies are touched by it too."
That's just a sneak preview. We have a team of WS personnel who will go over every comma for the next two weeks. Then our lawyers will go over it at $150/hour for another week. But if the final apology is anything like what I wrote yesterday, it'll make you weep.
Unfortunately, as I hope you'll understand, I was not able to deal with specific accusations, nor even to mention the words "sex" or "abuse" in my apology, but since you are all so obsessed with these issues anyway, you'll understand what the apology is hinting at.
