WC made this comment "Putting aside Hollywood, if you ask any serious law-enforcement professional about the use of guns, they don't aim for the leg ot the shoulder when someone is coming at them with a weapon, they shoot to kill. (in case I'm being misunderstood here, I have always stated that my only agenda is to empower people with truthful information) There is a time for everything... I believe it's time to cry our for justice for the victims, not mercy for the perps."
Justice is very elusive, and comes in many forms and ways, but I know exactly what your talking about WC.
I just want to say that as being a law-enforcement professional, that is a fair assesment of how we look at stoping aggression, although are purpose is not to "shoot to kill" it is "shoot to stop the aggression". I would agree with what WC is saying as I have seen perpetratiors of crimes having in a since more rights then the victims. It is sad really when you know a crime has happened, and have the eye witnesses, physical eveidence and even a conffession yet the victim is denied there justice on a "technicality". It is sad when victims are not treated like victims, but I know that the Family will eventualy be brought to justice for the cover ups and the abuse it has caused.
