Re Maria: I would bet serious money that she and others have a number of false documents such as passports, hidden money drops and other such flee stuff.
I see two ways for litigation:
1. If found the contry they are in has to be a country that recognizes seual abuse and will prosecute or extradite felons to country of the offences origin. If found there has to be notarized testimony from victims. The evidence has to be convincing and clear enough.
2. Create a detailed package of the systematic abuse and international promotion of pornographic materials across borders by the fam leadership. Get several american victims to swear out complaints, take the package to the government, customs. Note that the offenders are American citizens, request charges and extradition.
- the more felony complaints that can be constructed the more motivated the government will be to act.
- Find a serious newspaper who will take up this story, TV is effective too but short time exposuer. If the press took up the issue you could even get something like this on America's most wanted or a program of that nature.
- The press has almost as high a level of investigative skill as the government. Especially for a "juicy" story.
- In prosecuting or seeking justice for this type of issue you have to be thorough, dedicated and patient. It can take several years. Why am I not a know-it-all?. Because I am a validated victim of one of the largest sexual abuse cases in the world. I was physically and sexually abused by Catholic clergy with close to 1000 victims over fifty years in three youth correctional settings run by the Catholic church.
- one of the key supports for moving the government to act was wide press coverage. We went TV and radio but the biggest push came from print media because it penetrates places and hangs around for awhile.
- If the press really got a hold of all the dirt and the public got interested someone would find them sooner or later and the hounding would begin. You have to run them into the ground at every turn or they will keep on abusing others forever.
- one of these days I hope God raises up a bounty hunter who will track them with purpose and no illusions as to what they really are.
