The difference between Maria and someone like Acheick is this: Maria is in a position that carries more responsibility with it. Acheick and so many others were followers. I don't see that Acheick or any other follower is as responsibile as Maria or Grump Paw.
Authority carries with it responsibility. Of course, just living as an individual carries responsibility also. However, someone who claims to be an end-time prophet of God has a lot more responsibility, and will ultimately be judged much harsher than the followers.
