Oh yeah, I get those all the time. I've suffered from insomnia all my life. The more stress I have, the worse it gets. I've learned to just get up, not try to fight it, do some reading, a crossword puzzle, a little something and just relax, then I can usually go back to sleep. The doc gave my hubby something to take before bed as he's been having a real rough time lately. I think it's cause he sits around and watches the news all day long, then he gets depressed thinking we're all going to get nuked. I don't think it's good to spend too much time thinking about the world's problems. They have always been here and always will be, until the end of the world. The nuke thing is a ploy, it's a way to keep countries from going at it - they're always going to talk big like that. I've got bigger nukes than you do, sort of thing. It sounds really scary.
so, how about you, what keeps you awake at night?
