If I were the author of Newsletter #16, I would simply delete the statements about Christine G altogether. All you need to say about Love's Bridge is that its founders have stated for the record that they left TF and are in the process of distancing themselves from FCF as their fiscal agent. It's not clear to me why you haven't made these relatively minor editorial changes.
The rest of what you've written about FCF is reasonably good stuff, imho, and I don't think you should totally remove newsletter #16 from your website.
