I was visiting a home where the following situation occurred, (I heard of this happening in other homes as well). There were pedophiles who were welcomed into fellowship in F homes. These outsiders became good friends and supporters to the home and its members, and on the basis of the the letter the "Devil Hates Sex", as soon as they had an opportunity F children suffered sexual abuse at the hands of these people. The home I was visiting had even gave the "Devil Hates Sex" letter to two of these people to read. When the parents and/or other home members had their backs turned, these so-called friends pounced on the opportunity and acted on Berg's teachings. Children were dragged into their clutches. God help us...and God damn Berg and Zerby. These people were total predators, but the "all things are lawful" atmosphere permeating the homes in those days opened the door to these evil doers. That atmosphere came straight from the top, and we were deceived by it. I have my part of the blame.... I have to assume it. But I feel that I deserve, that have the right, and that I must say it loud and clear and without reservation, that Berg and Zerby deserve the rest of of the blame for these horrendous experiences some children unfortunately endured.
One of the main things that impresses me in these posts is how as children grow into adulthood that's when they suffer the most from what happened earlier in their lives.
