I was with the Jesus People Army the summer of 1971. I was between grade 8 and 9 at the time, and I vividly remember the COG taking over. I was with them for most of the summer. My Mom heard wind that it wasn't a good place for me and sent my brother to go and get me and my friend Lily. We were living in Chilliwack at the time. I recall Lily and I got out the day before the locks went on the doors.
