It's been a loooong time, but I've always wondered whatever happened to the people I was once close to in the COG. I'd really like to hear from others I shared colony time with. I joined in Ft. Lauderdale in Dec. 1971, then went to St. Petersburg, then in the summer of 72 I migrated up to eastern Canada. Spent time at Camp Laurentide, Montreal, Dorion, Quebec, Sherbrooke Farm, New Brunswick. Anyone familiar with any of those places? I think I belonged at a relatively benign time for the COG - before things began getting really twisted. I have essentially happy memories of my time in the COG - especially in Florida. I'm really sorry to see the way the group devolved into some really strange and perverse stuff. I think I got out in time. Will never be a member of any cult again. My whole belief system has changed. But there were some really good people I got to know, and I would like to make contact again, if possible.
