| ‘CQ’ (Seek You) - RULES & GUIDELINES
This board was created in response to various requests we get from time to time, from people seeking lost friends/family that used to belong to the group called The Family/Children of God. It is a place to reconnect and rediscover each other and hopefully assist in the recovery process.... sort of a "Lost & Found" department. Happy reunions! Protecting Privacy In order to protect the identities of those who may not necessarily want to be "found," only Bible names will be allowed in the CQs. An exception can be made where there are extenuating circumstances, but written permission must be obtained from the coordinator. Seekers should preferably use their old Bible names as handles. For those who were never in the group, you may choose to use any name you want. Email Addresses We strongly recommend that you use public emails (e.g. yahoo, hotmail, etc.) for your contact information when posting. Simple posting protocols If you wish to look for someone, start a new thread ("Start a New CQ" on the left menu). Anyone may add to that freely, if it concerns the same person(s) the originally CQ was made for. Please do not post your own CQ under the same thread as someone else's - thereby branching off their CQ into yours. exFamily.org Disclaimer: This board is open to the public and acts as an instant world-wide publishing medium. Initiating Posts must contain subject matter ("message" box must be filled) - not just a subject line with no text - "(NT)".
