Yes that description fits him. I think when he changed his name he became Matthew Phillip Light but Phillip for short. Spent a few months with him and a brother named Mortiky(sp)on a refuge farm. Both ex JPA. Those two were hilarious at times.
Yes I spent time with Amaziah and Kezia in a few places. I wonder whatever happened to him and Kezia. Kezia was really quiet, very beautiful and was a nice person to me.
Not quite red hair but I was outspoken and got in regular trouble for it.
