Hi,
I am a Masters student in Medical Anthropology in London, UK. My thesis is going to be looking at the mental health of former Family members. Essentially, I want to know 'how you're doing' following your departure from the group. I would like to send you a questionnaire in hopes that you will be able to fill it out. I ask many different kinds of questions including questions about current employment, relationships, and religious beliefs. It is a few pages long and may take you some time to fill-out. I do not ask for your name and I will respect your privacy by changing all names and places so that you cannot be identified. My only requirement be that you are over the age of 16 (for research ethical purposes). Please note that you are certainly not obliged to fill-out this questionnaire or answer questions you are uncomfortable with.
