Honestly, I am doing my best to help you, but I really don't know what you are asking. Could you try asking smaller specified questions?
There is a lot of reading material to be found in the group's own literature, in stories like Mercy's Story on this site, and Deborah's book which tell you what you might want to know about leadership structure.
Honestly I don't know what you mean by myths at all. I don't know about the fire story.
It is not that I am only capable of answering one question at a time. It is more that I cant even decipher what your asking in one question, and you don't seem to have come into this with much of an idea about anything at all, at least you come across that way, and it is too big a task to sort out what you are after, or what you are asking. I would have thought it was a language thing, but your English seems to be very good.
I want to help, because I believe you are trying to do some honest research, but your questions are too general. It's like asking me to write what I know about the sea. Do you mean tidal patterns, the creatures that inhabit it, climates, topography, chemical composition, industry, food sources, role in climate regeneration, experiences, legends? While I might not be an expert in everyone of those areas, asking me to write about the sea is something I could write volumes of books about if required and given the time.
