Yes, there are definately biases at bot extremes of the political spectrum, but the mainstream news media can be counted on to have a very liberal bias. That's why conservative radio talk shows and Fox News have become so popular, because the people are looking for balance.
I used to get the National Review on cassette, but dropped it back when I was working full-time and taking college courses on-line. I think I've read some of Hanson before. I'll check out the link you provided and get back to you.
