It's a fairly new publication that Maria put out, a new GN. Specifically Maria is targeting the SGAs who have got her shaking in her boots because she knows if anyone has the goods on them, they do. So what does she do? She resorts to calling up curses and claiming these poor kids that were abused are blood-sucking demons and she names them Vandaries. You can read the letter on MovingOn.Org.
