Read the rules and guidelines and see if your post qualifies for this board.
If you wish to do research, then please do so properly--conduct a poll if you will. If you're going to post befitting the academic board, at least define "serving the Lord" and discuss whether "missonaries" is the only possible option/interpretation of "serving the Lord"; or discuss the aspects of moving on from reasons we joined. Or discuss your bias. Or discuss the dissonance in the perceived reasons we joined vs. what was actually happening. If you do not measure up with a proper repost this entire thread will be deleted. For such non-academic inquiries, please use genX.
