The only way to prevent pedophelia is to protect children against it. As stated the only cure is a miracle. Incarceration is not a cure. Counseling is not a cure. What does that leave. Miracles, lobotomies, locking up throwing away the key, or death. Pretty simple to understand. Please explain your no (money in it) statement, and the equating of the abortion issue. Remember that it shouldn't be a political issue.
