You're right. I didn't read the study in depth since I've already read extensively Miriam and Dr. Kent's writings and know what they entail and have a general knowledge of Chancellor's PR front. I missed the part about scholarships somehow. So this study is regarding scholarships? Now I understand. Thanks for taking a nano moment out of your time for that one word of explanation. I will ignore your other rude remarks, however.
